What is the admission process?

The parents would have to register the child (online / in the college office) for the XI/I PUC and XII/PUC and submit documents accordingly. Application Process for Admission at Shaheen will begin with submitting a duly filled Registration Form. Registration form is available online and registration fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted in the Admission fee. On completion of the registration process, parents will be invited for an interaction with the Counselor. Admission will be confirmed on the payment of the fees.

What curriculum will Shaheen follow?

Karnataka State Board (NCERT Curriculum).

Will the Shaheen Management be taking adequate measures to ensure hygiene and sanitisation in the College?

SGI maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Daily sanitisation is being done in the entire premises.

What is the kind of security offered to the students?

We have installed 600 plus CCTV cameras in the Campus and there are regular check and monitoring by the administration. The transport system currently includes 40 buses that are equipped with a Vehicle Tracking System and on board cameras. This allows us to monitor the speed and geo fencing of the route.

What kind of Medical support system do you have?

The School has 20 beds Sanatorium in its premises. A qualified doctor and nurses are available 24 hours to administer medications when required. Bidar District Hospital is just 3KM away from the campus.

When can a parent interact with the teacher?

Parents are our associates in the education process and parents are free to interact with teachers with prior appointment.

Is there any entrance exam for seeking admission?

No

Are meals being provided?

Nutritious meals are provided to the students (Breakfast and Lunch). Students can opt for meals by paying for the same.
